We hired RVA Construction to renovate a badly neglected driveway to a rental home that we purchased this year. It had huge potholes and one of the culverts wasnāt draining properly. If you are looking to refurbish your existing gravel driveway, I highly recommend RVA Construction Services. My Gravel driveway is 56 years old with several added gravel over the years. Jeff and Jack did an excellent job. Tilled up the existing gravel then added some new gravel before grading. It was clear that Jack has 20 years of experience refurbishing driveways and operating the required equipment.
We chose RVA Construction Services, to recondition our 25 year old gravel driveway. The driveway was bumpy and full of weeds. Jeff came out quickly to give us an estimate. We were pleased with their quote and set a date for the work. All the weeds were sprayed to kill them down to the roots. They removed some grass and top soil to extend the length of the driveway to our new detached garage. Then they added new gravel to that area. Then they smoothed and graded a everything else. Our driveway has not looked this nice in years and it is much smoother than before.
Jeff and his guys did a GREAT job of replacing the culverts at my mom's driveway. It was right on midlothian trnpk and all of the work was amazing. Cleanup was also great.
My entire driveway, parking, added parking space needed gravel replacement and installing a covert swale. Owner Jeff Greenberg and his assistant of RVA Construction Services competently completed the job at a reasonable price. His polite manner encourages discussion that occurs in constructing a large project.
Jeff was very communicative throughout the process of having our driveway installed. There were a couple of hiccups (no fault of RVA Construction Services) due to weather and unforeseeable circumstances, but Jeff always kept us in the loop and ultimately provided a great driveway at a great price!
